I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city and close to all major attractions. I could easily walk to the Duomo and other landmarks. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast offered a nice variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit and yogurt. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing recommendations for restaurants and calling taxis. I also appreciated the convenient transportation options, making it easy to get to this city from the airport.

The staff was very competent and very nice and helpful. Hotel facility was well located to walk to major sites and in a safe location. Hotel was also very clean.
There was no channel of TV with any English language broadcast or subtitles. Would have liked to be able to get the news.
